Gina Travez
Gina Travez is the product of the American dream literally. Her father came from Ecuador, her mother from Cuba. Both became proud American citizens before Gina was ever born, driven by one shared belief: that their children would have more, be more, and go further than they ever could. They didn't just hope for it they showed her what it looked like through years of hard work, sacrifice, and resilience.

Gina Travez is the product of the American dream literally. Her father came from Ecuador, her mother from Cuba. Both became proud American citizens before Gina was ever born, driven by one shared belief: that their children would have more, be more, and go further than they ever could. They didn't just hope for it they showed her what it looked like through years of hard work, sacrifice, and resilience.

When her parents went their separate ways, it was her mother who raised Gina and her siblings and she did it with strength, love, and an unshakable motto: work hard. Those two words became the foundation of everything Gina would go on to build.
Born and raised in New Jersey, Gina arrived in Florida in 2000 young, driven, and ready to build something great. What started as a passion for low voltage work in residential construction quickly evolved into one of the most well rounded careers in the telecommunications industry.

She managed entire communities of new builds, ensuring every home met code and every system performed flawlessly before a single family moved in.
By 2010, she had set her sights on the commercial world and never looked back. The larger scale, the complex designs, the fast moving environments it was exactly where her problem solving skills thrived. No two projects were ever the same, and that's what she loved most. Every challenge was an opportunity to learn, adapt, and deliver something better than before.

Gina has worked across some of the most demanding environments in the industry from ramp level network infrastructure supporting ground operations, to crew break rooms and private lounges, to full terminal buildouts. She has also brought that same precision and dedication to FBI field offices, police stations, and fire stations, where reliable network infrastructure isn't just important it's critical.
What makes Gina different? She'll be the first to tell you: she's a woman in a field that has long been dominated by men. It wasn't always easy. For years, she had to prove her worth daily showing up, outworking, and out thinking every doubt that came her way. But she never gave up. She earned her place not by asking for it, but by demanding excellence from herself every single day.
